Book Signing Recap and Photos!
My signing at Bestseller Books, along with Jim C. Hines (Goblin Quest, Goblin Hero, Goblin War) aka jimhines, yesterday was great! I sold eight copies of The Magic of Eyri! (six to customers and two to the store for their shelves).  We had a pretty good turnout and got to talk to a lot of great people.  I had a blast spending the afternoon with Adam Talley, Dean Stahl and Jim. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and extra special thanks to those who bought some of our stuff!

Now the big news: I've now sold over 100 copies of The Magic of Eyri. The first copy I signed on Saturday was my 100th sold.  I was so glad that was something I was able to witness in person. I wrote a nice extra special note inside the book (see photos below). Entertainment reporter Jim Fordyce stopped by and took some great photos of all of us, I'll post those once I get those from him (because I was silly and forgot to get pictures of me with Dean and Adam).

Adding an extra special note to the 100th copy of The Magic of Eyri. I decided to use a #3 Micron pen for signing stuff, I liked it better than my ballpoint pen. Seriously dude, get a haircut.

Dean asked all of us to sign the poster in the window. I realize now that dating my signature was kind of silly since the date of the signing is at the top. Oh well. I kicked myself for not doing the same thing, I had a spare (small) flier with me that I should of had everyone sign. I'll tackle Jim and Dean at Penguicon next month and get them to sign one (frame worthy!).
